All orders are processed within 2 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Please be aware that shipping is very slow currently worldwide. We do our best to get items to you as quickly and securely as possible. Due to us being a small business we use many oversea suppliers due to the cheaper costs for us and the shipping in turn takes a bit longer.

All orders will be provided Tracking Numbers so you will be able to track orders. We will send the exact TRACKING INFORMATION we are given by our suppliers to you.

We ask you are patient with the orders and know we will update you on any ALERTS we receive about your orders. We use many different suppliers who ship at different speeds.

Canada

We ship to Canada and will provide all TRACKING INFORMATION we are given by our Suppliers. We will contact you in regards to any ALERTS on your orders. Please be patient with the SHIPPING as we use many different suppliers who ship at different speeds.

Puerto Rico

Tracking Information

The tracking for products is done through a third party. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated in system before you are able to track your item. If you have any questions about tracking please email fftb@tech-center.com and we will gladly assist with any tracking questions you may have.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
