What payment methods do you accept?
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after sending the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. There will be a prompt to add your email but you can close the small pop up window which is optional. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at fftb@tech-center.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam, promotions or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Please be aware that the tracking is done through a third party. Please allow up to 4 days for the tracking information to be updated in system for products shipping from overseas and allow for you to track. We provide the tracking numbers given by our suppliers, but if you have any tracking concerns please contact us at fftb@tech-center.com and we will try to fix the isssue as quickly as possible for you. Please be patient with tracking infromation since the world is still reeling from the epidemic and shipping and tracking are still having delays.
Why can't I track my product?
We provide the tracking number that is given by supplier. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to be in system and allow for you to track. If you have tracking concerns please contact us at fftb@tech-center.com. The world is still reeling from the epidemic and shipping and tracking are having delays. Please be patient and we will assist in any way we can to help you. If item is shipping from overseas the tracking numbers take more time to be trackable in system. The products that are shipped from US have a text description on there product page letting you know they ship from the United States.
Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We will do our best to find another supplier with the item you ordered but if we are not able we will process your refund, as quickly as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via fftb@tech-center.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Please refer to the Shipping Policy located in the footer of our website. We use many different suppliers who all ship at different speeds. We use many different suppliers due to the large assortment of products we have on our site. Many suppliers do not provide the same products as others. We will send TRACKING INFORMATION that we are given to you by our suppliers. We just ask you please be patient with the shipping. EXPEDITED SHIPPING is the fastest option available and that is also the reason the shipping cost is much higher.
Canadian Customers
Due to the postal service in Canada not being the most time efficient in getting items, we have not set a time range for when items will arrive. Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend contacting us BEFORE purchase and giving us your height and weight. This is done so that we can contact suppliers and find the proper size for you based on height and weight. Contact us at fftb@tech-center.com with any sizing questions.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team at fftb@tech-center.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day period, we will give furthur instruction on returning the item. We will get in touch with the supplier to find the easiest way to have item returned. You will be fully refunded for the COST of the item but RETURN shipping may have to be paid by customer. This is based off the supplier letting our company know the cost of sending item back.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

How do I know what size to choose?
If you have any questions on sizing please contact us at fftb@tech-center.com BEFORE purchase. We ask that you contact us for any sizing questions so that we as a small business can limit the returns for incorrect sizing.
What do you do to help me choose correct size?
As previously stated in above article, upon receiving your sizing question we will contact our supplier. We will tell supplier your height and weight which you would proivde in email and they will let us know the size based off your answers. Please be accurate with the height and weight you tell us so size is correctly chosen. We have a CONTACT US in the footer of our website with our email address.
Are there size charts for products?
Yes. Some items unfortunatly do not have size charts but we do have a NOTE section stating what sizing you should choose for that particular item. Be aware of the sizing metrics for certain products as they may be in CM. If they are, a simple google search will let you know the CM conversion to IN. If you still are having trouble of choosing right size contact us and we will gladly assist you. Please give us a day or two to get an answer back from supplier. We will get back to you as fast as we can with an answer.

Do you provide discounts?
Yes we do. If you send us a photo of you wearing our gear with your cat or dog family, we will send you a discount code to use on your next order. The discount will be 15% off next order. Please send the photo to fftb@tech-center.com.
Can I put a customer review for product?
We ask that you please leave reviews for the products you purchase. These are extremely helpful for us as a small business and also very helpful for other people to see what people think of the products. Customer Reviews are accessible when you choose the product you purchased, you will see towards the bottom of that page a section to leave a review. We would appreciate the reviews greatly.
Do you provide subscriptions?
We have just listed 5 of our accessory items with a subscription option. This option will give you a discount and allow you to choose the frequency to receive that item. We have added a random option which we will send a random color or design to you for that particular subscription.
